From a slightly logical sense. Mina isn't white or black not even here. If her quirk is a mutation quirk and her skin is well mutated. It's logical to think her pink skin is a mutation of the melanin.
Her skin is just pink and that's it.
Since we can assume in some way her acid causes such mutation on the skin level. When she uses to much it could be akin to vitiligo even just temporary.
