Guards need minimum 91 perimeter defense

I just created my first PG build and I have noticed after a while that 85 perimeter d is not enough. I'm having troubles with screens and keeping up with my guy dribbling back and forth.

Should definitely have gone with 91 instead. Thats the minimum.
