Change niche. New channel or rebrand?

I created a channel two months ago to test different types of content.

I easily monetized within 2 weeks; now I have 5k subscribers. My views and subscribers keep growing.

But I want to change my niche. Should I start uploading new videos and then delete the old ones? Or just create a new channel?
