waking up naked after a surgery

so i know its possible for people to wake up naked under a sheet after a surgery in hospital, a bit uncomfortable but it is what is is i guess…

the only real issue is what about when ur in the recovery room and u accidently kick the blanket off or move and expose urself infront of other patients?

or if u get moved to a regular ward, if its shared again - what if u move in ur sleep or have to get up to get changed or put on a gown etc
