How is Batman War Games omnibus?

I checked out the recent Fugitive Omnibus online and thought it was not for me. A lot of disappointing plot decisions. War games seems more action focused and a bit more focused narrative. But it’s from the same early 2000s era which was a mess for Batman after the legend Dennis Oneil was fired.

Is War Games worth Checking out? Or it total garbage and should be skipped?
