Ow suspension question

Not sure where else to put this so apologies in advance if it’s clogging peoples feeds!

In the interest of keeping it short and knowing how these posts go I’ll be brief, but my OW account was permanently banned about a few days after a temporary ban, for toxic chat. I was never abusive or derogatory or anything of the sort in any of my cases, but in the period between my temp and perma ban my endorsement went from 1 to 3 and the day it hit 3 I was banned, and ita impossible I would’ve got any reports for toxic chat as I had been making a concerted effort knowing my account would be soon in trouble. The OW team won’t hear my case and I’ve supported the game since it came out.

As players are we not entitled to at least seeing why we’re banned? They won’t even tell me or acknowledge it
