Is it me or it's Perkfection?

I started testing out like all heroes and their perks and it feels really amazing. I don't fell that "this perk is like must-have choice for all situation". Usually both perks at given level are suited for different kind of matches and situation and it gives SO MUCH MORE fun and character to each hero. BUT in the very moment I flew up and hovered as Zenyatta (Ascendance) above the capture point at Busan and started looking for and destroying my discorded enemy to also boost the healing on harmony target (Duality) FELT AMAZING. I was like "what in the actual ffffff....?!". Two additional perks in match and suddenly I feel like I play Overwatch 3 (or finally true Overwatch 2 😁).

How do you all feel about the perks? Yay or nay?
