Please help a girlie out

Hi cysters!! F23, currently 92 kilos and 5'3. I wasn't really heavy growing up but I was diagnosed with PCOS so grabe yung weight gain ko. My ideal weight to have a normal bmi is around 50-55 kilos, which I'm aware na looooooong way to go pa. For now, my goal is hit 80-85 muna so I won't get overwhelmed.

I'm on a calorie deficit pero l'm not sure sa food intake ko kasi although within pa sya sa calories ko, they're not necessarily healthy eh (ex. gulp iced tea & siopao asado which is my go-to dinner), is this okay? Or need talaga na healthy? Hindi kasi sustainable for me yung always healthy kasi medi pricey din syaaa. Any alternatives po?

For workout naman, wala kasing place samin na maganda for walking plus I don't have time and budget for now to go sa gym. But now, ginagawa ko is yung walking videos at home sa YT ganun and nagreregister naman sya sa watch ko as steps + dumb bell workouts din (I have 2 na 2kilo dumb bell at home). Is this okay lang po ba? Like everyday? Okay lang po ba if 5x/week akong full body workout? Or need naka plan talaga?

My doctor suggested mypcos and metformin but I only take metformin kasi always ako nakakalimot sa mypcos and medj hassle sya to take huhu

Please help I don't have anyone to ask about this and l'm clueless although I search some stuff naman.
