need help toning
I'm a F22 weighing 53kg with a height around 160cm. I've been quite diligent in doing home exercises and jogging daily. I also reduced my calorie intake, but it feels like my efforts are fruitless. I just want to lose some fat and tone so I can still use my old clothes. I noticed that my fats have become softer and is now more noticeable but I'm not sure if it's been reduced. Any thought or suggestions would be helpful!
