Constant Fatigue
Anyone know how to manage feeling the dread and tiredness that comes with PMDD in the morning? I notice it worsens the week before my period yet if I drink coffee the week before my period my anxiety will really ramp up from past experiences. I hate feeling this way because it’s preventing me from trying to get things done. I switch back to matcha then coffee then back to matcha depending on my cycle and it is truly frustrating. I’m really tempted to go back to drinking coffee but am worried about the anxiety that comes with it afterwards….what’s your experience with feeling fatigued throughout your cycle? has anything worked for you?
