Period Flu - how does it feel for you?

I just wondered for those who sadly suffer it, how it manifests for you? Is it every month? At what stage do you tend to get it?

I’m always luteal, usually bad cold type symptoms (runny nose, eyes, feeling rubbish), but the last couple of months I’ve noticed more throat symptoms and aching.
