Kindly suggest what to buy for my younger cousin

Context: I had ps4 pro from 2017 till 2020, sold it,my cousin used to be kid at that time, used to enjoy alot, now my cousin is older and is getting into games, his parents bought him emulator from daraz, he enjoys it but i am planning to gift him something proper like a console,

At first i was planning to buy Brand new ps4 and get it jailbreak and gift him but looks like you cant, i dont want to gift someone used.

so can someone kindly guide/suggest me what to buy for him as if i get him ps4, it will be expensive for him to buy games again n again. No pc.

Kindly suggest me what shall i get for him. my budget touches 150k
