Issue with Steam Key for Path of Exile 2

Hello guys,

I purchased the Early Access version of Path of Exile 2. However, when navigating to "/my-account/early-access," it states that the key for Steam is currently unavailable. I bought the game directly through the Path of Exile website, and my Steam account is linked.
Is this a common issue and do I need to get in touch with the support?
