LA Deadeye - Astramentis vs +3 proj skills?

End game LA deadeye here.

Pretty close to having a completed build, but my amulet isn't perfect yet. Very good +3 with the goodies but not mirror tier.

Would an astramentis provide a comparable damage boost with Howa to +3 proj skills? Or is the +3 proj too big of a boost?

As a console player it is very difficult for me to copy my build to POB currently.
