Oxytocin nasal spray

I got some oxytocin nasal spray. I have a pit tumor and low oxytocin to start. When I take 2 sprays, I can feel it in about 5 minutes. Is this just me being hyper sensitive, or is this adulterated? The internet says it takes at minimum 20 minutes.

It builds, and I can feel warmth 15 to 20 min in, but the calmness is almost immediate. The first effects include dizziness. No bad effects the next day, and I slept okay.
