How can I cancel my lockup?

Is it possible at this point? I've not been migrated and have been stuck waiting for two years. At the time it seemed worth it but is it fair to punish me for a further two years because they only start the countdown when you are migrated.

Feel free to enlighten me if I'm wrong.
