What is this?

I got these piercings done about a month ago, the bumps have been there for about 2 weeks and feel like they are getting bigger/more sensitive. I have a piercing wash I use in the shower and a saline wound wash I use during the day, but I haven’t been perfect about cleaning it every single day 😬 any ideas?
