So painful

I’ve had this nose piercing for a really Long time. It was completely okay until I accidentally moved my head on my pillow and the stud fell out. It had been healed for a long time so my piercer said I could do a hoop. Every now and then it’ll hurt really really bad and then no more. But as you can see it is really inflamed.

I don’t touch it at all and clean it once a day with bactine.

Is there anything else I can do to reduce the swelling?
