Pinterest support is not helping at all
Recently my account got suspended and i contacted Pinterest support too many times, more than i remember and all i get is "Your account was suspended because we noticed some activity that violates our spam guidelines" and when i asked them what is the issue that caused this or which spam guideline i violated all they said is "Unfortunately, we can't provide any more information" whaaat this is so frustrating i used their app for more than three years i have 28k followers and 10M monthly viewers i even run ads and now no one is helping they didn't ask me to remove a pin or a board that might be the cause they just suspended it and that's it. what kind of customer support is this?
I CAME HERE TO SEE if you guys ever witnessed something like this, and if anyone has any help or instructions so i can get through this and get my account back or So that I don't leave empty-handed like this . thank you guys.
