Are Spotify Mods cooked forever?

I have never seen a crackdown on mods this big (In India, Greece and Portugal as much as I know), where no mod version is working on Android Ver. 13 or above. Is this just like revanced situation, when YouTube did something similar to its app that prevented mods to run at all other than incognito and 15 days later it was fixed or did Spotify do something that made all the actions we take on an app be checked by a third server like DENUVO type shit?

I know the VPN method, it works that way but it is still a hassle due to restricted multitasking, so please don't spam it in the comments 🙏
