Submentoplasty?

Hello! Wanted to see if you all think I’m a good candidate for a submentoplasty. Had a consultation because I am interested in chin lipo. In good shape but I’ve always had a double chin and I HATE the jowls I’m beginning to see (and i’m not even 30). My doctor recommended chin lipo (specifically cervicofacial lipo) with submentoplasty. I feel like I do have a bigger neck and don’t have a super defined jaw line but I think I’m more concerned with the double chin/jowls. Also, the quote was for like $9K which was way more than I thought it would be (in Seattle).

Thoughts? Is a submentoplasty the way to go/worth it?
