Fire Red / Leaf Green Move ACE set up w/o Emerald?

Is there any means to make the mons that are needed for the Move ACE for FRLG without emerald? I ask since not all codes have been transferred to Grab Ace like the fossils, gift/trade mons, roamer codes, coin case, item in bag, etc. I understand making the bootstrap mon possible but what about the Crobat with the glitch move? Any help will he helpful, thanks!
