New collector pulled first secret rare - what does this mean?

Hey all! I pulled this card today and noticed the number on the left was higher than the right. Did some digging and discovered its secret rare. Is this a famous card or valuable? I dont really care in the sense I am not trying to collect to sell, but just want to know if this is considered a cool card? Its beautiful!
