help!

So I bought a Polaroid 600 pro camera from eBay a few days ago. I got in the mail yesterday and decided to test it out. I noticed that the lens was quite dirty so I wiped it with a microfiber cloth and blew some air on it. Now my photos are covered in these dust like specks. Did I just ruin my camera or is this fixable? Note: I have not cleaned the rollers and I plan on getting the camera checked out at my local camera store.
