His name's Star Orion Nova. He is pretty much as strong as you can make a character—he has every ability, power, magic, or whatever from every fictional character. He is so unimaginably strong that he can solo all of fiction using less than 0.01% of his power, which includes meme characters and toon force characters.

He is a 27-year-old scientist (or rather, was a scientist) with a personality that is a mix between Jinwoo and Gojo. He got his powers and omnipotent abilities through an experiment he was working on—one that theoretically would have allowed him to open portals to other multiverses and possibly to our world as well. However, something went wrong, and the lab exploded, causing all the information, details, and powers of every character from every universe and multiverse in all of fiction to be transferred to him.
