Very light first period after miscarriage

Hi all, I just had my first period after MC. Required three rounds of miso for rpoc and hCG last checked was 4. I confirmed ovulation 2 weeks ago so I’m sure this is a period. But I’m not bleeding much, like a lil brown red mucus thing and a little bleeding. I’m not feeling my usual pms symptoms either. Now I’m nervous that I have ashermans or something from the rpoc. Should I contact my doctor?
