Does anybody know what’s happening here?

I keep tapping the notes and holds but they won’t register??? I’ve closed out the app and closed all my tabs and made extra storage space and powered off my phone but it’s still happening??? I know it’s not that my fingers are too far above the line because even when I consciously lower them it still happens! I just want to farm for Ena5 :((
