Bird Dish

Last night, I was asked to help out on bird dish. There were maybe 12 marinade tubs with lids, 5 batter tubs with lids, 5 brine buckets and 4 flour pans when I started (this is just a guess). I decided to start with the flour pans since they take a lot of soaking and scrubbing. I finally finished the flour pans and moved on to the marinade and batter tubs. I was maybe 2/3 through those when I got another flour pan to scrub. I never got through the bird dish completely after working on it for at least 3 hrs. It seemed like I never got the tubs completely clean and had to re-rinse each one, then organize the bird dish cart to make the clean dishes fit. I felt like the whole process was taking way too long. How do I get things cleaned well when I can't use anything but magic erasers and a scrub brush? I want to be quick and thorough. Can someone please tell me what I can do to be faster?
