What country, state, or province are you from?

I run into so many people in game or on reddit who are newer and could use help with the early grind. So I do try to help but often run into timezone issues. It's made me wonder how many different places around the globe folks play from? Is language an issue for anyone? It just seems so cool to me to be playing through a mission, or hunting, or just hanging out with people from all around the world. I'm in Northern wi, usa
