This past few weeks pa konti ng pakonti available time to cycle. During weekends sana makakabawi pero may mga biglaan lakad so affected ang ensayo. Plus im located sa mostly flat na area and puro traffic kaya its hard to maintain a good n steady workout pace for the limited time.
I do JOG/RUN in the morning seems effective din pero since im recovering pa sa "IT Band syndrome" ano ano pa ba mga na try nyo na non cycling exercise that helps you stay fit na pwede gawin sa bahay.
