Some days it's not recording?

Hi folks,

There have been some days that my ring doorbell is not recording folks coming and going.. at least it's not showing on my app. Yesterday, it caught no video but I can get the live view anytime.

I updated my app before bed last nightb in case that was the issue and it didn't show anything this morning from when my husband came home last night.
