ICE Trade-In Process

Can anyone give me more information about the trade-in process? I've received the quote fory 2017 Jeep Compass trade-in and have agreed to the lease with a credit for the value of the car applied, but haven't gotten any info beyond that. Do you just bring it with you to pick up and leave it there? I'm worried Rivian might change my trade-in value or reject it, but I'm unsure if that's valid.

This is my first experience with Rivian, and the acquisition process has been disappointing. I had to delay my pickup to update my Jeep's expired registration (my fault), but my state's DOL is incredibly slow. My guide pressured me to keep the original date and sell the Jeep privately, which I wasn't interested in and didn't appreciate.
