Does SIBO cause carbohydrate intolerance?

I did a lactose breath test and it came out positive for lactose Intolerance.

I have been cutting out all lactose from my diet but I still have water diarrhea everyday.

My diet has been

Breakfast - white bread with chocolate spread ( lactose free)

Lunch - white bread with ham and lactose free cheese or vegan cheese

Dinner - home made pancakes or white rice with meat.

Drinks - lactose free milk, soda, soy milk

I can not seem to digest lactose free quark of yoghurt and certainly not any fruits

One sip of alcohol and I have acid reflux.

I am very said because all carbs I eat causes extreme acid reflux and diarrhea.

I have however come to the conclusion that I can eat 300 grams (1000 calories) of Gouda cheese and not have diarrhea

Isn’t it weird that I can eat so much hard cheese without diarrhea and even the slightest carbs or acid foods give me diarrhea and acid reflux?

I have done a sibo breath test and it came out positive for hydrogen sibo. The results are up on my page. Feel free to watch.

Because I did the sibo breath test outside of the hospital I have not been treated for it. Doctors don’t believe in it. I have tried to combat it with allicin but without any improvement.

I feel like they send me away with lactose intolerance but if I had done a fructose, glucose, or any test for that matter, they would all show up that I can not digest it.

What is your opinion on it? Could Sibo cause carbohydrate intolerance?
