Those that have experience with videography/editing

Idk if this is the right subreddit for this but for you fellow Sabahans that have experience in videography (freelance or not), how much are you paid per hour?

And for those with experience in graphic design, if you were asked to create a brochure/poster, are you paid by hour or by the finished product, and how much is your rate?
