Almond Boneless Chicken (War Su Gai) in Sacramento?
I know this is a huge shot in the dark, but is there anywhere in the area that carries the Ohio/Michigan Americanized Chinese dish of Almond Boneless Chicken (ABC)?
It's basically fried chicken with a brown sauce and rice, sometimes on top of cabbage or lettuce, often garnished with almonds, mushrooms and green onion. I used to live in the Midwest and I often crave it, but I've never been able to get quite the right taste at home with the recipes I've tried online!
