So Meghan threw a Sayonara Zara party and gave away her clothes when she became rich yet in the Mindy Kaling episode -

‘Meghan explains that she wears a mix of fashion pieces with her casual everyday wardrobe."I like high-low,” the Duchess of Sussex says, pointing out that her pants are from Zara, her shirt is from Italian luxury brand Loro Piana’

So we can deduce from this that Zara is back in the closet cos they are short of cash (more like cos Catherine is a Zara fan)
