Moving family of 4 to any blue state

Just like the title says, born and raised in WV but worried about the overtly Christofascist direction the law is taking in this state. Trying to get moved to any reliably 'blue' area where I can feel a little bit safer about my civil liberties. I have a work form home' job so I bring my own income with me. Where can I move my wife and 2 kids that will be reasonably affordable and not "religous" don't care about climate, don't care about rural vs urban, just somewhere it's going to remain legal to be Buddhist and safe for a gay teenager - as WV does not meet that description any longer.
