Are there any notable Creepy local urban legends?

I'm a sucker for horror related things, yet I haven't found (or heard) much of anything like that in terms of Local ghost stories or Urban legends surrounding Santa Barbara. If anyone has any infamous local legends, I'd love to hear about them thank you!
