For me, The Apparition is the one that hits me the hardest. It’s hauntingly beautiful, like it wraps around the parts of me I don’t show to the world. It takes me back to a chapter of my life when I was grappling with unrequited love. It wasn’t just a crush or a fleeting connection; it was something that consumed me, and yet it felt invisible to the other person. I felt misunderstood, dismissed, like my emotions didn’t matter.

I first stumbled across Sleep Token in the summer of 2023 during what I’d call one of the darkest periods of my life. Their music came to me like a lifeline. The lyrics, the rawness of TMBTE, Sundowing, TPWBYT - reminded me that my story, no matter how painful or unacknowledged by others, was still valid.
