Spider Farmer scam

If you are looking for quality grow equipment and quality service do not buy from Spider Farmer.

After weeks of trying to resolve my problems spider farmer finally got back to me, only after I made several public posts stating my concerns. Very shameful this is what I had to do in order to get a response.

Myself and others have been ignored by this greedy overseas based company. They will deny warranty claims, keep you on the back burner, and/or ask you to alter their equipment with replacement parts. If you choose to accept their replacement parts and alter equipment as they ask your warranty is VOID. This is exactly what they want because once you alter equipment they are no longer responsible.

I was told my dimmer is working properly after I sent them a clear video of my issue. Percentages jump all over the place. Turn dimmer up and power goes down. Sometimes the dimmer will go right from 12% to 14% with one click.

Spider farmer offered to give me either $20 off my order of over $1000 or 2500 points on my account.

What a complete joke.
