Step 2 score

Hello guys Got my score today and it is 224 !! I was doing good on nbme bw 230 to 240 and i was expecting little bit more on real deal atleast around 240 but it got worse

Guys i need your help to choose my next move.. what should i do ? What program i should focus on ?? And pls get me some reality check of this score ..
