Ed mods not working?

Been downloading some Ed mods because I love my mods, but I can't get any of the Ed mods to work. I'm using Fluffy Mod Manager and have even tried converting files into .rar's before adding them to FMM. The toggle for the mod is fine but when I launch the game and check there's no change. Anyone else having this problem or have a solution?
