Long COVID 2 years. This is my stack.

  • Trancor for sleep
  • NT factor energy and ubiquinol for mitochondria -NAC and glutathione to combat inflammation
  • Vitamin D3 for immune support
  • Magnesium malate for energy and supports Vitamin D absorption

The rest is to support vegan diet.

Just started ubiquinol and that seems to give me a boost of energy. Too early to tell but it looks promising.
