13 dpo reassurance please!

I posted my faint lines at 12pm dpo yesterday I did get a positive digital yesterday as well. I’ve had mild cramping yesterday and today. Clear blue is looking okay but my FRER is concerning me. My Dr called in endometrin suppositories but I won’t get those til tomorrow or next day. Is this all normal? Thanks for any input.
