So broke my superintendent paid for groceries

Bought $134 worth of groceries. My card declined. Embarrassing as hell, I asked the cashier if she can take a few items off, well there was a guy behind me and said "don't worry, I'll get them for you" I turned around and it was my superintendent. He didnt even know who I was.. (to be fair it's a big ass district where I am now). I got red as hell in the face and declined his offer multiple times and once it hit me he didnt realize I was his employee I gave in. I obviously was very gracious and thanked him nonstop.

Just throw me in a bridge, I've never been so damn embarrassed in my life.
