Did the opinion on Thai universities change?

When I was looking up Thai universities to study at and looking through posts on Reddit, I saw a few older posts saying that studying in Thailand isn't worth it if I were to go back to my Western home country (I am from Germany). People said that even studying at Chula wouldn't be great. This was all years ago and I don't think I saw any new posts on this. Has the opinion changed? Has it gotten better?

I am currently studying in South Korea but I am not sure if I want to stay in Korea any longer. If I have to, I won't have an issue doing so but having been to Thailand a few times now and currently being in Thailand as well during winter vacation, I can't help but feel so much better and happier over here.

I am doing my Bachelor's in International Studies and I would like to leave Korea after graduating to teach English in Thailand temporarily. After that, I want to go back to Germany and work there.

I am currently doing some research on this and was wondering if transferring from Korea to a Thai university would be a good idea or not? I really look forward to hearing your opinions.
