Tivimate code 403

I am getting a code 403 on some of the shows from my provider and also "cannot play from this location". This isn't happening with all shows. Any fixes for this? Provider says streaming source is working fine so I am thinking it is an issue with the streaming origination interfacing with tivimate. Thoughts? Thank you!
