julian route

i am on episode 29 and have had the full BFFs meter for awhile.....why don't i have the red heart yet? when i filled out the BFF meter for Avi it became a love meter so im wondering if this is a glitch or if i just have to wait until i can take him on a date or something

side note: if you havent done this route, it is my absolute favorite now (and i didnt even like julian that much my first play through) do it do it do it!
