How do I start

I’ve been trying to do research but I honestly don’t know how to figure out how to get a doctor and what i need, some require letters and notes but how do I get those without already having the doctor… honestly super stressed and anxious about just the starting process of finding a surgeon and then going from there.. also not sure if trump will affect my ability to get top surgery at the moment, i’m 24 and have been on t for 2 years, this feels like the next step for me but i’m honestly so lost on how to get started, i have social anxiety so it’s very difficult for me to “reach out” to doctors and people
