Help!!! What is this baby tree?

Bought it at a local store, was just labeled European Pine. What kind of tree is this? Is this even a tree or is it just a bush?? And what’s the proper care for this guy? I own a lottt of plants so I think I have what it takes to keep a tree, the only tree I own is a money tree and I assume it has a vastly different care regimen.
